I have created these meal plans with your ultimate goal of weight-loss in mind. You can realistically expect to lose 5-8kg in 8 weeks depending on your starting point and commitment level. The meals are quick, simple, delicious and the whole family can enjoy them!

There are two single day meal plans per week (incl. meal prep friendly recipes included) plus a snack list to choose from. You can either follow Meal Plan #1 Mon to Thu and Meal Plan #2 Fri to Sun or alternate between them each day.

It’s okay to come over/under your calorie target by 50ish cals. Get as close to your protein target as possible, without worrying too much if it’s not exact.

I’d really encourage you NOT to use this 8 weeks as a means to an end but rather to focus on and prioritise your own health and wellbeing and treat it as the beginning for the NEW YOU.

The you that lets go of food fear, embraces movement, feels joyful, vibrant and confident in your skin and what you have to offer to the world. The you that is the very best version of yourself, with a cup that is full and overflowing onto your family and friends - making them say things to you like:

Then make sure you head back to the coaching modules to ensure you have the tools to sustain the incredible results you’re about to achieve.
