Welcome to my world - I’m here to help you put an end to yo-yo dieting and achieve permanent weight-loss, all while still enjoying a pinot with the girls when the occasion calls for it.

I’m what you might call a living example. After a decade of yo-yo dieting and emotional binge eating I successfully lost a collective 75kg pre-between-post giving birth to 2x 10 pound whoppers.

During that time I realised there is a glaring gap in the industry. We’ve been working too hard for too long at trying to perfect the wrong model.

I became an expert at de-conditioning outdated and limited dieting beliefs keeping you stuck and bringing the joy back to the process of looking after yourself so you can achieve life long results.
