Once you fill in the form below, I will take the time to review the information and send you an email back with your calorie and protein targets, as well as any additional tips/ commentary I think will be of particular benefit to you within 48 hours.
I don’t typically provide fat or carb targets because in my experience, tracking them is not beneficial to either weight-loss or muscle gain. As long as you’re hitting your calories and protein, you can choose how you split your carbs/fats without having to track them - without it impacting on your results (which is also less time consuming and more enjoyable!) If you really want them, please specify in the comments below and I can send them to you no problem.
